Single stat legendaries

I thought legendaries were all rainbow stats, but then I got this sweet pair of boots. Are these supposed to be incredibly rare? I checked the tower and everybody is either using rainbows or epics.

Many legendaries are multi-stat but you can get single stat ones as well. Most of the rainbow legendaries you see people using are the set given to players by the devs when HH2.0 went live.

I'm lvl 125 and all my gear is single-stat Epic stuff levels 107 or up, except a lvl 64 legendary expert armor that I still haven't replaced because it's +1124 on my primary stat. so they're out there, but yeah pretty rare.
