So let's party hard celebrating the Anna's Great Adventure!

This is a hybrid Star Trial and Gold Rush event. You will obtain event unit after event ends if you scored well enough during it's duration. Unit's level, skill level and cost depends on the cumulative number of stars you managed clear event maps for. Additionally, every map presents a certain reward for obtaining all the possible drops on that mission.

The star of the event:
Introducing the Parliamentary Secretary Anna a Black rarity Prince's private dancer Secretary. Well, the bit about her being Prince's private dancer is completely true - she is a ranged slot support unit that buffs Prince only with a portion of her stats, as long as Prince is in her range, of course. Skill makes raises that portion to 100% and extends her range. She is also special in only ever having 30 levels to raise and lacking any kind of Class Evolution or Awakening. Her real purpose is her passive that grants Prince carious powers depending on a Title equipped. Default Hero title line (one that improves Prince's buff aura) makes Anna confer 10 MR to Prince. HP Up Title gives HP regeneration, Defense Up Title increases Prince's block to 2, and Attack Up Title gender swaps him into a full-fledged Princess :D I mean, turns his attack into magical. Once a "Successor of the Sacred Treasure" Title is released our-side - it is one that turns our avatar into so-called Awakened Prince by equipping it - it will make Anna reduce the cost to deploy that AW Prince by 3. All in all, interesting gimmick that can enable new strategies (like blocking early rush with 2-block Prince or dealing with early armored foes with magic-wielding Prince). But really, we love her not for the gameplay value, but because she is Anna. One who was with us from the beginning, who always greets us first when we start up the session, one that speaks for us in every event. And now we finally can, ahem, invite her to our room ;) Hallelujah!

Even if not an event reward, she's new, so:
Introducing the Battle Mage Commander Ingrid a Black rarity, Magic Fencer. As usual for her class, she is a melee slot ranged attacker whose skill turns her attack type from physical to magical. Her specific brand of that skill gives her up to x1.3 attack and range with reasonable turnover rate, and, more importantly, halves the MR of all enemies in range for its duration. Pretty neat trick to combat the composite armor (combination of both high defense and MR). Interestingly, her affection makes her swing her sword faster) As per customary for Black rarity, she has a passive ability pre Awakening - it increases her attack for 10%. Awakening extends that increase to all Magic Fencers and Mage Armors in party, and adds similar defense increase for them as well. Skill Awakening boosts attack multiplier to x1.8 and strips 70% of enemies MR. All in all, pretty powerful unit. Not outright broken, but good at what she does. Later patch makes her class always do magic attack, and specifically her also hit three enemies in range at the same time with it. As well as extends her passive's buff to mages and bishops, improving her performance even more.

HOORAY, A celebration of a first anniversary! Finally!!! It's partially a Gold Rush, one of the first ones, so it is pretty easy event all around. There's only a Princesses' map that has some boss enemies (Princesses an their magic treasure swords hit pretty hard, so it is better to avoid facetanking them), so relax and enjoy the farming. It is a Gold Rush, so achieving completion on maps is a real challenge... Hopefully Aigis Random Number Goddess will be merciful to you :) Also, be sure to look closely on goblin formation on the last map: devs made that specially for us!)

New Classes Being Introduced

Secretary
Unique class fully belonging to Anna, that is essentially a Prince's private Dancer: if prince's in Anna's range, he receives 10% of her attack and defense as a bonus (100% during skill use). Prince also receives various different passive abilities depending on Title equipped if Anna's on the team.

Anyway I managed to get a perfected Anna and that's what counts. I do wonder though; someone here I believe mentioned a possibility of Anna getting a special awakening like Anya since she only ends at level 30. I don't think it's likely but it would be interesting.

Speaking of; just as important as getting Anna I finally managed to get Anya. Finally! Having been stuck with Dorania for so long because of reasons was incredibly annoying. Now to level her up and use her frequently. Yay! Two cute girls in one swoop!

Because the princess are closer to base point, so your units will prioritize them. And since it takes "forever" to defeat them, the mages can come into range and not be a priority target. Throwing a dullest on top of them is probably the best way to deal with them since your units will be too preoccupied dealing with all the trash that keeps coming.

had probs with Aigis - it was a white screen - had a friend to babysit it on the 2nd day of the event until someone told me to use Opera which worked

I know I might sound like a jackass, but is it really that hard? All I did was throw a Valkyrie at spot H, then Katie at G, Prince at B, and then Spica and Bashira at X and Y, put a healer at P, wait for Katie's skill to be ready, then put another healer at Q. Granted, the Valk I used was Clissa, but a decent enough Valk or any other cheap enough yet decently strong duelist should do. I think.

The G map this event was really easy and i have only one awakened unit(spica) and i even didnt use her.
Keykill´s guide was really helpful you only need silver units, even on the hardest map

I followed a similar strategy myself and I still couldn't do it for some odd reason; perhaps my timing is off? And true this is an easy map. There are no shortcomings or pitfalls or any random enemy unit that comes out of no where which is the reason I am trying to avoid a guide. The only time I use guides are for maps that require multiple runs to figure out or when time/efficiency is of the essence like Item Collection (though again for the later maps).

I haven't been able to play for a couple of days now though thankfully it's a Star Rush so I don't have to go too crazy (I gave up on Armor Blitz's event though unfortunately). I have plenty time still to get it right.

"Not that expensive to place" is the exact reason you WANT to reduce their cost. They'll be even cheaper.

I will put it like this: The best thing to do is to save her for now, unless you have a -2CR black around.

What people tend to do is to get a black to -2CR with either another black or the black CR fairies (we will get them from collection events later so keep onto that Fleur if you do not have any -2CR blacks yet). This is because the black CR fairies have the same chance as fusing a same copy black, meaning that last chance will be 25%. Fleur however is always 100% so using her for that last CR is the best.

So, yeah, i recommend saving her. Myself i used it on my already -2CR Mikoto to make her mincosted.

There is little point in CRing stuff like Cornelia, Deine and the other high costs. It is not often that you need to place them early and it really is with the low cost units that the CR matters the most since they have a bigger impact on the early game.

What Tenhou said. CRing is mostly useful on classes that are so cheap that you can plausibly use them on maps where foes rush multiple lanes. For example, I don't consider monks or rogues to be great classes in general, but Sophie plus my min-cost Lynn & CR-1 Betty combo lets me farm Dwarfs & Giants without fancy swaps and bronze soldiers.

I followed a similar strategy myself and I still couldn't do it for some odd reason; perhaps my timing is off? And true this is an easy map. There are no shortcomings or pitfalls or any random enemy unit that comes out of no where which is the reason I am trying to avoid a guide. The only time I use guides are for maps that require multiple runs to figure out or when time/efficiency is of the essence like Item Collection (though again for the later maps).

I haven't been able to play for a couple of days now though thankfully it's a Star Rush so I don't have to go too crazy (I gave up on Armor Blitz's event though unfortunately). I have plenty time still to get it right.

Yeah you are right, you have enough time thats what makes 2 week events so great.
As for armor blitz, that was a good decision. That event is one horrible grind.

i have ester and she smoked that princess map. just drop her on top of the first mage, gets one hit, then activate flight and she murders both mages and just sits there doing loads of damage to everything that comes near her, including the princesses when they do that double back thing and just walk right under her for a bit. really goes to show how one unit used in a perfect situation can make it WAAAAAY easier.

Other topic: My Farne is -1 CR and the only shrine black worth CRing (Grace, Diina, Liana), so im torn between waiting if i ever manage to -2CR her and then get her to -3 or get her to -2 right now. But tbh i dont think one CR more isnt going to make or break things right now so i guess i could just as well wait. I also still have a Plat CR fairy and just cant for gods sake decide who to use it on.

First try chance is 110%, subsequent chances are 10%. You are supposed to get Kerry on your first run, as a thank you (which both the monsters and the horse's path spell).
