Am I reading this right? Are the Devs adding three girls who will be added to the Epic Pachinko even AFTER the event is over?

Correct, the 3 new girls are permanent additions to the pachinko.

Does anyone else have a Noemy as an epic pachinko prize. Isn't she supposed to be a world girl and guaranteed, or is she a different one to what we were given at the end of her quests.

Before that set of 8 (I think?) girls that they permanently added to epic pachinko a little while ago. there was only one permanent one and it was "Sporty Noemy". And yes, that's a different version from the Noemy featured in world 4's story.

Sporty Noemy ok, not just something broken on mine. Thanks. Same icon as regular looking one had me worried. Don't want any whammies if I ever decide to spend my kobans.
