Google "KanColle Command Center 改"

It's an extension for Chrome obviously meant for KanColle.. but it comes with something that's useful for DMM regardless of what you play. That is the Force Cookie Hack. Using it, DMM won't be able to detect you're a foreigner.

Once you install it, go to settings and scroll down till you find "Force Cookie Hack" under DMM Options and enable it.

Try clearing your cookies and restarting Chrome. If it still doesn't work then it may not work anymore. It's been a long time since I've played on DMM using it, but it did work at the time.

You do not need any extension, just pick japanese as language on their site instead of english.. then use goodle translate to navigate to the game, lot more details here:
