How come nobody is showing the elite librarian girl among their showcase? Did the reward rules changed so the winning faction card is given to everyone who filled the score requirement regardless of the faction chosen at the event start?

I am not sure what you mean, although I have questions on this event also. I earned 780 or so faction points (192 bonus pts), and received the librarian, Ayako Mayazumi, as I was supposed to. I assume she came in 2nd, since the doctor was ahead every time I checked the faction scores.
But... I had thought from the "rewards" button, that I would get a LEVELED card if I scored over 200 faction pts (and that the 600-900 tier was level 60), and my card is just level 1. Did I misunderstand something?
As for why no one is showing it (aside from most of them picking the Doctor), perhaps their cards were ALSO level 1, so people aren't showing the librarian in their showcases, because they were waiting for them to level before the accept them?

I have finally seen 3 or 4 around. But is still strange, as in the first hours after the delivery you could already see dozens of random players with the nurse shown as main. That's the usual, people like to update with newest cards. The score during event was clearly favorable to that faction, but didn't seem something like five times more people on nurses side.

Having bugs in the reward delivery like you mention with the card level could explain the issue.

well sadly what happened is people looked at who was winning and then picked that team.
I imagine these events will always be a one-sided battle

How many wins did you have by the way. You had to have 100+wins to get the card.
