Bug: tickets and demon souls dissapeared

So I went through a few ragnorak events and got some tickets and souls to exchange but when I went to the ticket booth it said I had zero tickets. I tried clearing my cache, refreshing and even starting some new ones but that didn't help. Even the ones I got from my inbox dissapeared

Yep, if you go to redeem rewards first and THEN you open the event for first time, it's like you never received anything. It's quite annoying tbh.
