It's always intriguing to hear different perspectives on this. I consider myself a fan of 'mature' types and tend to stay away from the loli archetype, but Black Baccara honestly has one of my least favorite designs and I'd never choose her with a ticket or use her if I 'won' her in a gacha roll. The emphasis on her for the worst one-time gacha event has only further set me against her.

Madonna (Lily on DMM) is my girl. Who doesn't love a diva? I've always been attracted to the drama club (in high school) performing arts types who love the spotlight and Madonna just seems so happy doing her thing. And the hat! The hat's the best. And her insistence of referring to me as "dah~ling." I am very impatient for her bloomed form.

Runners up: Ardisia (her voice.) Snowdrop. Cactace. And I love Victoria Bride's visual design, even if the yandere personality kind of creeps me out.

Acacia, due to me having a thing for short hair. And she's friendly, persistent and dedicated.
Runner ups are Leucocoryne (more or less the same reason as Acacia, plus she has a really sexy voice) and Justica (because she loves knives and swords and happens to be a great cook, while I love knives and swords and happen to be a great eater)

She is definitely one of my favorites as well.

I find it hard to pick just one here. I find that some I like the art, some the personality and others for the H scene.

Oncidium and her bride version are probably the closest to top out of all tho. I must admit her non-bride H scene is really cute, mostly because of the dialog.

As far as the voice over goes, Victoria VA is my top notch waifu voice. I could listen to that voice all day long.

As fro looks, hmm Mei and Helenium sure do work for me just fine, and as for Personality I think Sakura would fit the bill quite well.
There are some other girls to consider but these 3 examples I can pull out of my head without to much of thinking. Plus I am a sucker for long beautiful hari so yeh :P
