Faction Card was not awarded

So I had almost 600 attack wins for the convitct and placed 99# but all I recieved was an sr card, card reveal and a wild card. Did I miss something that they had chnaged to recieve the card? Or was it a bug and if so who do I talk to about that.

I didn't get one either. When I clicked to receive prize (question mark and level 80) it said received but nothing new is in my girls

I get only Faction card lvl 1 but when i go in my girls i dont see it

Got an sr lvl20 with 426 wins and 1012 fp, and i should have a lvl60, so definitely a bug or last minute rule change.

Same here. Got 1180 FP, no card. Last Faction Event they even managed to lower my total FP down to exactly 400 so that I didn't get the card (I know I had 408 before the event ended). Bastards making me waste hours every day during my vacation for nothing >_<

Make tickets. I know it sucks but I had 408 FP and got the lv. 20 like I was supposed to. And I did all those wins yesterday as I have been gone for a little under a week now.

Edit: I see they have decided to send out the prize for all those affected again. I found another one in my mail box.
