No more mojo for me?

Really great change, as always not thought through.

So, I'm level 204, I get no Mojo in the arena any more because every opponent I get has a lower level. So I'm punished for being active right? Curse the devs...

You can get mojo from the ToF, battling directly those players above you in ranking

with such drastic changes to arena they should have made a full reset on tower of fame rankings and give out rewards based on your ranked and let everyone start from 0 again.
if you want to climb now you have to sacrifice so much to a point where it absolutely makes no sense at all unless you have maxed all trolls and sit on a shitton of money

They didn't do that because that would have been punishing those who invested lots of time and sometimes kobans to raise the ToF.
Instead, they will implement a parallel system of league/ladder: that will do kinda like the ToF, but with periodic reset (and rewards)

I have the opposite problem. I'm level 104 and only get people in arena that are far over my level which i have no chance of winning against.
What did they think doing this shit.

That's odd, all my opponents are around my level (I'm 173, which is what you get if you did dailies since update and didn't touch PVP, so maybe there are more players at this level).

I've given up on pvp. no point in doing it when every opponent is far beyond my capabilities.

Make sure you have the right stats on your equipment and use leveled up girls that match your main stat, and never use mixed stat equipment. You will most likely win fights that way.

You know, I never really aimed at a high placement in that tower, but at least before the changes I could try.

Depending on who it draws I've generally been seeing either 2/3 wins or 3/3 wins. Kind of depends on the difference in health (with about 88k health myself, an opponent with only 53k health is probably an easy win while an opponent with anywhere around 80k-90k could be a close match) and depends on who lands some crits (which we're all at the cap of 25% chance).

But yeah, the wins are very hit or miss for whether any mojo is included in the rewards. (Because mojo has nothing to do with level differences or any other stats, only the difference in your current spots in the global tower rankings.)
