no more shop resets after level up?

So, it seems like you do not get a reset on the shop anymore after you level up.
This either was a bug for me or another ninja nerf to the game. If it was the latter - get we PLEASE get reliable patchnotes and not 100 hidden changes that make the game worse?

Mine got refreshed when I levelled up earlier today. Roughly 8 hours ago.

I didnt get a level up notification tho, so maybe it is somewhat related that the shop will not refresh if you do not get a level-up-notification (for whatever reason)

so it happened to me again - anyone else? it only worked for the round level up and XX9 and XX1 did not reset my shop

It's a known bug since the last update.
Market doesn't refresh, it seems, when you level up with PvP.
It's currently investigated and will be corrected asap.
