No Bloom but they do have their second H-scene available. The Eng devs do that from time to time.

sadly, it'll happen when nutaku gets off their asses and puts it in... they're rather unpredictable...

i'm still waiting on a few for my girls (along with the portrait for Lycoris cause she has bloomed, but no portrait for some reason).

we do seem to be getting a steady rate of blooms (roughly a 6* and 5* each new patch), but we're still way off DMM's schedule.

hell, they're currently doing a 6* and THREE 5* blooms every patch basically

There's currently a bug with the "2nd Evolution Available" filter where it includes all new units, even though they don't have blooms yet (every girl you listed is a newer one). It doesn't have to do with their original skins.

I really hope the devs start adding blooms again. The lack of blooms plus the downgrade of gacha rates (which they gave a really dumb reason for) caused a lot of people to put the game on hiatus.

A lot of people left the game today. Well not a lot, but some very important people did today. People that are very prominent on secondary disocrd servers, and most of these servers followed suit. It resulted in me now having 11 open ally slots.
