Future Eidolon thoughts - SSR Diabolos

okay, so from what I can gather from the comments and data from the JP wiki, here's the deal:

She gives 20% more HP to everyone regardless of what happens, doesn't matter if you break limit her or not... she's also Phantom Element

she gives the following bonus based on break limit level and you need at least 3 elements to get it:

no break- 100% "special attack" (my guess is this is elemental attack?)
1 break- 105%
2 breaks- 110%
3 breaks- 115%
max break- 120%

but, from what i'm hearing, she also gives boosts regardless of what elements you have... 2 different elements would give everyone 50% without breaks, and 25% if they're all the same element... if this is true, then it's likely stronger as you break limit on her more (my guess is 30%, 60%, and 120% at max depending on element total)

so... thoughts on the matter? cause she's looking like an upgraded phantom lilim right now... (and not sure if the mixed elements have to be on the front line, cause if you can get it with reserves being different, then that's OP)

"Special attack" is a new one introduced with her. As such, I don't know are there proper posts about it, but to my understanding, it's yet another modifier which means that it's extremely potent.

Simplified damage formula with after this would be Assault*Elemental*Berserk*Special, which means that you can do crazy numbers. In theory. The downside is, your Assault % will be garbage due to using multiple elements.

according to the comments on that page, you can use the same element and still get a special attack boost (but at a lesser value)

Shes not LLM.

'Special Attack' = 'Special' bracket in the dmg formula. Similar effects like Berserk and Vigor. She outright lets your whole party a flat +100% final dmg increase if you meet the requirement.

As for how viable she is, we need more time to test her out. Only one of my friend got her and with my randomly set up 3 Dark 2 Other party, the Dark units dealt sifnificantly higher dmg than when I use Anubis support. The real question is how much can a Null weapon grid can boost this advantage to the point where it can compete face to face with mono 100% teams.

Do I understand it right that the new Fire SSR Amon can use dark assault (her assist)? If so, she might work well in a standard dark setup with Diabolus.

I see various ways in how she can be used. The problem with her though is that her skill set doesn't give her much dmg potential. That and I'm not sure if she benefits from dark hp. I'll need to test her out later.

The wording of her assist makes me think dark assault won't add anything, just dark element attack (Echidna, her burst etc). She also can't buff dark attack. I wouldn't use her in a dark team, it seems pointless.

The skillset looks nice. 7T cooldown on the burst up is a bit lame considering PF is 5T on Hercules, but how fast do Fire teams burst normally?

well, in that case (assault being garbage) all atk up buff will be more efficient, because they share the same modifier. In addition u have 20% more HP with that new eidolon. Mix team really looks strong for me. The only downside is the missing element advantage compared to a perfect single element team vs its weak element. So for those big guys, who have perfected teams for all elements, the new diabolo won't be a huge boost, but its good for everyone, who still miss many of the 100% eidolons. And for new players, this Eidolon tops everything else.

problem is that way later down the line, a lot of us here will already have established eidolons and kami... only ones that benefit the most from "lilim-like" effects are ones that can't make a team focused on one single element...

that's unless the translated comment i read was right and she does give a boost regardless of the team. cause if I read that right, no star SSR diabolos gives 25% to everyone if you run a team all of 1 element, and 50% if it's 2. 3 or more gets the full effect at 100%.

if that comment wasn't true, then she'll most likely be a buff slave like the lilims and tossed into sub eidolon slots if any...

honestly, i feel like the "lilim-types" would be more useful that way if they did work like that. Where you get a smaller effect if you have 2 total elements or all 1 element... but the base stats would still be an issue...

if your debuffs and such is already covered (and you actually got lucky enough to pull it off), the best (or at least one of the best) eidolon setup would be a maxed 100% eidolon as a lead and friend, with SSR dragoons maxed and filling the sub slots

I currently have MLB Diaborosu ~ She's currently treated as a godsend for
counterstop trolls~ Only undead whale lords can afford to use Diaborosu properly, having 3 SL 30 Assault/Dual weapons for each element. (Diaborosu needs 3 KH's of different element)

I think KH devs are brewing something nasty... Something like an enemy that could change elements perhaps?

Yeah~ Well, she's an anniversary eidolon and part of the main cast so Diaborosu has a pretty decent drop rate.

I've only poured 3x 10k JPY AGC and 50k JPY to get Diaborosu. I think I still have 293.5k DMM Points before I poured my money. As of now I have 287.2k Points in the balance so just count how much rolls I did.

IDK if I'll try to get Diaborosu on my 2nd account without gacha boosts.

that's luckier than I am... considering my SSR rate entirely and my rate of R weapons from gem gacha is above average

...Maybe DMM has better win rates? I have played a certain game before that had a US and TW server, and the rates were 100% better on the TW side instead on the US side (just providing an example)

If I'm wrong though just ignore me, I'm just speculating after all

Approximately the end of next March/beginning of April. We're roughly a year behind DMM as far as events go, and the event her release is associated with started on March 30.
