Unfortunately not. I too like her design, and if there is a future "joke popularity contest" she might get lucky to be made into one. In dmm one of the "NPC" girls who have no name and are in mostly to support some story, won and was later made into a proper flower knight (I actually have her on my DMM account IRC, but cant remember the name they gave her.).

I'd built up over 100 gems again so I decided to try my luck. No 6* Knights but I did end up with a new 5* (Limnantes), a 5* dupe (everyone's favorite skill booster, Cymbidium, giving her two equipment slots to work with) and a pair of Forget Me Nots that let me unlock all of her equipment slots.

Went for the 300 gold 11 spin, 5 silvers, 2 of the newer ones so 2 skill ups at least....and last 10 or so yolos been poor

They did that a few times, but sadly not for the one type of events that really needs such an extension: swanboat racing events..

The gatcha only appears when you receive the ticket, so if it's in your gift box you will not see the gatcha but if you collect it out of there it will appear.

The ticket gacha is gone even if you still have tickets. I still see 1 ticket in the office, so it should be fixable.

That is a premium gacha ticket... the premium never goes away no matter what. What are you talking about? lol. That's the thing that you can draw from with 5 Flower Gems. He's right though, you can't use it from the gift box.

Premium tickets are not used on the premium gacha tab. There's supposed to be a separate gacha tab for tickets. That tab is missing after the update. The item list in the office points you to the place to spend any listed item but it points premium tickets to the "1 time only" gacha tab because the correct tab doesn't exist.
