So digging around, this was apparently the same release as SSR Diabolos... But here's what this version of Amon can do:

1st Ability- Deals Fire and Dark Damage to all enemies (seems to hit multiple times)
2nd Ability- Atk Up (frame unknown) and +20 to burst gauge for all allies
3rd Ability- 50% attribute damage increase to Fire, Water, Wind, and Thunder with 20% damage cut to all allies
Assist Ability- Any Dark attribute increases count as Fire Attribute increases for Amon only

so my thoughts?

the 1st skill and assist skill could give her some use in both a fire and dark team, so she's getting use for two elements for the price of one. Only thing is that on a dark team, she probably won't get weakness abuse nor the assault effect of weapons.

that 2nd skill is well received. it's like arthur's buff combined with a better version of a lot of burst increases out there... can't hate that

the 3rd skill is interesting, as she'll buff multi element teams (considering how SSR Diabolos and the Lilims work, this could help make them more viable outside of grid issues). Even still, this is an additional increase to the element she mainly uses, along with an extra damage cut for tanking, making this a good support skill.

So yeah, I think she's worth it. Could work as a buffer and defense buffer for some teams, actually can get some use out of dual element eidolons (she'd love two copies of a lv100 echidna for 240% element atk total), and would give some nice damage spikes for a Fire team with the extra defense if needed...

can't call her top priority, but to those that get her, good on you.

oh, and here's her wiki:

this could be a sign that DMM want ppl to start doing mixed teams. im still not sold on that idea yet, but DMM has more himes to choose from.

but if they do try to lead people that way, there's still the issue of the weapon grid... you can get 40k-50k atk from a raw grid alone but the lack of assault and such you can get will hurt

We'd need something like Phantom weapons that increase attributes or give effects to all kamihime or something... like the phantom lilim

at the very least, they still let her become fire oriented (and like I said, dark/fire eidolons help her even further) so it's not like she's forced into multi-element, which is a good thing unlike the lilims and SSR diabolos

although if the lilims or SSR diabolos had their effects raised (like doubled), then they could be worth it.... especially if the lilims got changed to something like +180% dark atk with 3 or more elements... that's a lot of power that could make up the difference from having some missing hime to that element

I'm not too keen about using her for Dia team until they somehow manage to make it competitive or at least viable without needing double Dia (aka owning a copy yourself). But for mono fire, I'm quite comfy using her as a fire version of pre-AW Mikael with stronger buffs.

I'm sure she's still plenty use in fire teams but overall, she seems like wasted potential to me.

Her dual element attack suffers the same problem SR Amon does. That measly extra dark damage may as well just be aesthetics at this point.

Her assist skill is basically there for the sake of her burst effect, but that's a pretty unnecessary extra step instead of simply having her burst give a straight up fire or atk buff. They should have made it so it treats dark element buffs as both dark and fire, that way her dark damage from her first skill would increase as well.

Just because she has multiple element buffs doesn't make her viable in other element teams. It might be useful for Solomon (lol) but really unnecessary. They should have made it fire and dark, that way her assist skill could have had another use.

if you want to be honest, i could rate the following for her:

Fire team effectiveness: 7/10 (would be 8/10 if that nuke skill was all fire)
Dark team effectiveness: 4.5/10 (would be 4/10 if it wasn't for the nuke skill using dark damage)
Light team effectiveness: 0.5/10 (only there for the atk/burst buff and maybe the damage cut)
Team effectiveness for other elements: 2.5/10
mixed element team (if you can somehow pull it off): 9/10

there's no doubt she brings quite a bit for a fire team even though some help more (like awakened svarog), and like i said, dark/fire eidolons like echidna is pretty much a 100% eidolon for her (cause not everyone can just go right after the meta). she loses edge on dark teams cause she can't get as much out of the dark grid (best you'll give her is the element atk boost from a regalia weapon). and the only reason she'd have use in other teams is due to the element atk buff, which sucks for light cause she can't help it at all really given others can fill her role.

but if there does become some way to give assault to multiple elements from one weapon (hopefully phantom element eventually does that since they don't have much on it anyway), then she'd become a very powerful asset.

but that's all i got to factor into this, considering players that may or may not be able to use the "Meta" teams and grids... cause you know, not everyone has the most OP stuff you can find

Regarding the 240% Echidna, it's 220%. There is a cap on passive i.e 50%. Therefore 60% Fire ele up of Echidna + 50% Dark Ele up counted as Fire ele up for SSR Amon = 110%.

Secondly, that "if" for mixed element is a big if which at the moment we don't even know if it's possible or functional.

Besides Bear mentioned that she does just fine for a mono team. No reason to divulge to mixed unless 2 SSR Diabolos'.

Also grids would also suffer unless you have null weapons so no point agonizing over it. She is pretty useful for most content on a mono Fire team even if her damage is not as high as some of the famous/infamous fire SSRs like Uriel and Svarog.

The important part of her kit is the strong buffs and team BG gain regardless of the nuke's damage (Unless you wanted another busted hime for Fire).

i didn't even notice that when i looked at the wiki... even then, that's still quite powerful as it'll take 2 lv70 belials to match that and she's supposedly harder to pull than echidna...

Uhhh.... guys, it's 170% with double Echidna... 60% fire + 50% dark (capped) + 60% fire

The passive's cap is 50% total. So double 4* Echidna is 60% + 60% + 50% = 170%
The burst's side effect also doesn't add any more +fire in that case.

Wasn't aware that it was a collective cap. My bad.

in that case, it's not worth double echidna then... just one and belial at best... and that's if someone has 2 break limits on echidna...

and if there's 2 belials then... that assist is pretty much a dead move. it's more something for weaker players to get more out of her...
