Chocolate Cosmos does show up in the story bit before the 80 stamina stage. Chocoflower is Cacao's big sister figure, or something along those lines, and also the one who teaches Veronica and Balloon Vine how to make chocolate.

Today is the first half of the finals races; betting a minimum of 50 on the winner gets you a premium gacha ticket immediately, but betting 50 minimum on the others will also award other prizes, including 50 LC and a decent amount of gold.

I have not ever noticed it, and on her evo / bloomed ones I assumed it goes with the theme and is just and accessory :D
Granted I have stopped reading these stories and H scenes a long while a go, since the story is bottom of the barrel at best, absolute garbage at worst.
But since we have fox girls, cat girls a reindeer girl, and I think there is one legit doggy girl (not the pseudo doggo you might think of) an Oni girl is not that much surprising.

...haaah...I wish there was a monster girl centered game of this type.

Onis are weak to roasted soy beans and so they were going to cover roasted soy beans in chocolate to fight the "mysterious oni" they had heard about. Now that they dealt with the oni pest they've decided to make chocolate with out soy beans and Tiger Lily wants to join in. Naturally, the other flower Knights wanted to know if she had a crush on someone when they heard that she was going to make chocolates with them.

Yes, it's the same thing. Unless you specifically plan to be in that window, don't count on getting those rewards. There's always someone who waits to spend their event currency until they get the results from the last race, and end up missing out entirely. Don't be that person.

That said, I really wish the devs would leave the shop open for another day after an event ends.

With the new era of FKG management in 2018 apparently completely forgetting about 5* tickets and forcing really crummy weekly gacha deals instead, I’m now left to wonder whether I’ll ever get my Tiger Lily, as the new character gacha for her has passed and I spent 200 flower gems and rolled salt in the form of characters who weren’t Tiger Lily.

I’ll find a way to you someday, my beautiful cyan-haired storm demon with the cute voice. You’ll join Madonna, Ardisia, Victoria, Rosemary, Anemone, Snowdrop, Creeping Smartweed, Nigella, Acacia, Lycoris Miko, Kerria, Oxalis, Cactace, Saffron and my other favorites in my legion soon enough.
