Keep in mind some basic standards of conduct on forum boards, keeping them relatively clean and easy to navigate through. Avoid spam when possible.

For general talk, questions etc there is the Chit Chat thread, otherwise usually for anything new a thread or two are always created by someone and the majority of the info about the thing discussed is pilled in there, instead of spreading through multiple of smaller threads that will only be left unused afterwards.

You can just pick the one you like to most by the looks.

but if you care about how OP they are, Saffron is a good choice in my opinion

Also Cherry, Kerria and Dendrobium are good choices too depending on kind of team you want to build or which units you already have
But generally Saffron works great in any team really, specially for raid bosses but works great for everything.
She would be hard to replace in the long term.
I would buy her if she were in the daily deal.

Choosing a girl by the availability of personal equipment is probably the worst criteria you could use. The earrings don't add much in terms of stats, and require a lot of resources to level.

Since you don't list which girls you have I'm not about to guess which might be good for you, but generally speaking: Saffron and Kerria would be my current top two recommendations.
