Read once, dont make any mistakes later...
Today i opened rankings and seen this game already made it to #2 despite still being in the pre-reg, i've never seen a pre-reg game making into the rankings even and this one hit second spot already, so i decided to make a small guide.
Before starting to the game you can use my referral code in my signature for 3x blue chests which boosts your early game, also i appreciate it :)
1- Building deck: Always have equal amounts of melee&ranged in your deck, in late game there will be situations where the game will force you to use only one of them in one turn, so get used to it. Depending on how lucky you'll get from events you'll build deck around which cards you've gotten so i wont give advice about which cards you should use. Its good to have a synergized team.
2- Gacha or Mistress&Foxies summoning: Cw have different gacha mechanics than the classic western&japanese games you played. You generally use your gems on events. Because good cards are locked behind leagues, so you need to invest tons of money&time to get them just when you actually dont need them. If you do mistress summon, always go for 10x because it has higher chance to give you better rarity but like i said i dont recommend doing mistress summon as it has low quality legendaries while events have all the OP stuff.
Here's how you should farm events:
You need to preserve your gold for levelling up your cards and 'using foxies summoning on events' to complete specific event quests like "Get 600 rare souls(cards) of three of rare event cards". There's also another quest, wanting you to obtain any 150 rare souls which can easily obtainable by evolving common cards to rares. The more you farm event sparks the less gems you waste on event chest. Because they're OP compared to weak cards you'll get from mistress summon like aphrodite or prince nod or owl(who doesnt even have its rare cards to level up).
3- Friends: Always fill your friends list with active friends. Inactive friends only invades your valuable friend slot and gains you nothing. Try to send cards as thats how you level up in this game aside from raising cards. On a side note, leave few unlevelled cards of each race for a specific event quest unless it'll impede your advancing pretty badly. League 12 or higher friends can send you epic cards so be mindful of that.
4- Guild: There's nothing much to say about it, when daily timer resets go and dump all your troops in turf war for easy gold income and cards depending on your ranking in the guild. Also, try to expand less as opposite makes increase in riots which is an unwanted thing. There's an important thing about guild coins, its boosts can make you go to higher leagues pretty easily. For instance i wasnt able to climb further than 11th league till today, purchased 4 guild boosts also boosted my whole team using gold dust, now im fighting my way towards to league 7. Raising your max league brings a better income in dark tower but raises foxies prince, also unlocks some cards depending on if league has them. On a side note: save your gold dust for important stuff like this or for event quests, there are many event quests that needs you to boost your cards.
5- Dark tower: Its a pretty good source of cards and stuff also brings a cool medal. Newbies will have a hard time first so avoid doing dark tower for few weeks at least. Levelling common&rares to 11lv is suggested for dt runs. Legendary cards starts appearing above 15th league or upper. Using guild boosts make you have easier time with it.
6- Real money usage: VIP levels bring you a 'permanent' gem mine thats level increases with each VIP level, so its a good and stable way for future investment, same with chest slots too, 2nd and upper chest slots give you a legendary with it so its good to consider buying them too. As for offers it depends on you, but vip levels&chest slots is a must if you can afford to spend money into game.
