There's a thread for asking questions like this stickied at the top (general discussions). I'll just throw in a quick answer before this question gets locked.

No. You either pay to get tons of SSR himes in a short time, or you play long enough to gather tons of them. Or you sell your soul to the devil and get a lot without paying.

Average cost of SSR Hime is 200 bucks, or 50 bucks per random (once a month), or 50 bucks for a specific one (once every four months, aka Miracle Tickets).

Average cost of random SSR with in-game currency is 20000 Jewels, and you get ~3000 Jewels per week from events (once you get strong enough). It's actually a bit below that, but other sources like login bonuses etc. should make it around there I'd imagine.


Most importantly, in Kamihime, if you're active, you will CRUSH lazy whales. Effort spent in the game will help you more than money will. That's really the biggest reason why I like Kamihime.
However. Do keep in mind that you have absolutely no hope against whales who also put in effort. The game is also going to be more and more whale-friendly over time, implementing features which benefit whales only.

as someone who threw quite a bit of money at the game, i can support all these statements, but gotta add in this last one

it also depends on luck.... if the gacha is good to you, you can see multiple SSR in one roll. take it from someone that got THREE SSR in one 10 pull before....


just grind the game out for magic jewels and tickets (events hand out quite a bit now) and toss money at stuff where you have a good chance of getting SSR (if you do want to pay). either way, may RNG be with you cause duplicates are a thing and they are needed in most cases...
