Building around Maple (313% Atk, 78% Skill Dmg & 100% Skill Activation) with (Water Lily June Bride, Viola, Nerine, Cattleya) (268% rest of team)
Is it worth it to add one of the 3 units with the title's Ability? (Blushing Bride, Hare's Tail Grass, Japanese Silver Grass)

Personally i would say No.
Your other Teammembers are not speedy enough to benefit that kind of playstyle.
Which girl do you want to replace though?

If you want to go the speed demon route you basically want only girls with high speed (650+) and a Speed increasing Ability (add 150 speed to the party) in your team.

If you want to be 100 % certain if the atk buff from one of those Speed Girls outweights your current setup you have to do the math.

Maybe Kurenai has some usefull information about this playstyle. I think he knows a lot more about this playstyle than me.

Edit: Hare's Tail Grass could be interesting to consider cause she attacks twice on the first turn.
If you want to go first turn squad Hare's Tail Grass + Water Lily (June Bride) is a decent combo.

Maple, Water Lily Bride, Viola, Nerine, and Cattleya already make a full party, so the game won't let you add another one. :p

Anyway, I agree with Wutan. It's not generally worth it. Attack up based on speed is a rather niche ability that doesn't really make an impact unless party speed is high enough to considerably buff everyone's attack. Among your girls, only Bride Water Lily and Nerine break 600 speed. Unless you gut out the lineup and use faster characters, you are likely to not get the most out of this from simply adding one of HTG, JSG, or Blushing Bride. I even find it out of place for the last girl because she lacks party speed up unlike HTG/JSG and is better off in a Solar Drive lineup. Characters like HTG and JSG are better off being the core to a specific lineup rather than being fillers IMO. Another thing is there are less than 5 of them with that exact ability (only 3 rainbows at that) in the game, so fielding an exclusive party with them isn't even possible – having this limitation for an ability is more or less a red flag for me in team building.

Not really, in my ally's helper team it usually increase atk by 1100-1200 and it's the optimal setup too. flat boost 1000 is good, but not anything super fancy and you have to sacrifice freedom in building the team to archive this.
