Event girl drop chance different for each boss?

Since the later bosses seem to have a way lower drop chance for non-event girls (from what i've experienced so far) I was wondering if the drop chance for event girls is structured in the same way.

I'm not quite sure which boss I should farm, so here are my questions:

1. Are drop chances for non-event girls and event girls the same for a specific boss?

2. Is there some kind of shared "bad luck protection" between bosses, non-event girls and event girls or is it independent? Or is there no such thing and players can theoretically end up trying a million times without a getting a girl?

3. Do earlier bosses have a better drop chance for event girls?

About 5 months ago, they changed the girl drops to depend on how many times you've fought (won?, not sure) a specific boss, rather than the total number of times you fought any boss. So a non-official guess to your questions
1) event girls have a better than normal chance to drop from a boss, compared to the 3 standard girls (it used to be 3x as likely)
2)the odds go (slightly) up the more you fight the boss. So although it is (probably) possible to win 1 million times without a girl dropping, the odds would probably be something like 50% that you would find a girl on 1 million and 1, 1 million and 2, etc
3) depending on how much you fought the earlier boss, they probably have a better chance to drop event girls- which was handy during the recent 2 year anniversary
