I agree, it's ridiculously short a period of time to be kicked off - what the heck is the reason for that extra bit of irritation for us? As if we need more annoying crap to make the game even less user-friendly.

I get that they want to force more refreshes of game since it bumps out popularity ranking, but this 1,5 minute limit is horrendously short. I'd like to have it bumped at least to 5-10 minutes.

It's way to short and very annoying now. If they are doing it to game the popularity rating system of Nutaku, it'll just end up backfiring, when Nutaku starts adjusting for it and slaps them back down.

I see it as well, both Firefox (desktop) and Chrome (mobile). And the mobile refreshes means more data and I'm not on an unlimited plan.

I did send a trouble ticket and got a "our algorithm is complex, just refresh" which to me (as a software developer) means they don't know how it works.

I am on the verge of quitting the game just for the time out timer! step away for your computer TIME OUT, check something on another tab TIME OUT, have a little lag TIME OUT, heck change menu on the game & guess what TIME OUT. The game is becoming a clicker except you have to hit the refresh button all the time.

I just had a log out in as little as 11 seconds. Eleven!!

Basically, I did some PvP, returned to the main screen, noticed the timer on my Harem gave only 11 seconds for the next reward, and when I clicked it.. "It seems you haven't been playing for a long time".

Sorry to say, but did that marvelous developer (sarcasm intended) of that smart "algorithm" perhaps assume that the server computes timeouts in minutes rather than seconds or something?

The log out timer has got to be less than 10 seconds of inactivity. Inactivity, by the way, means reading, looking, deciding or anything else that requires any thought. It makes leveling up girls very difficult, especially when you have a lot of them to cycle through, and makes comparing characters in order to build a team absolutely impossible. You used to be able to stay logged in for hours which made keeping up on missions a lot easier. Now you can't even read a girl's bio without having to restart the game every 7 seconds! What's the point of adding all these new features and character information if you don't even have time to look at it. It wouldn't be so bad if cycling through items and objects counted as "activity" but it doesn't which mean whole sections of the game are just activity dead zones. They really need to fix this beyond pronto.

I agree. The "idle out" timer is just nonsensical at this point. I used to keep the window open for hours on end while I did other stuff, and still could use the game, no problem. Then the "idle out" timer started messing up with just 20-30 minutes. Nowadays? 35 seconds was enough to set off the "you haven't played for a long time" nonsense. Because I waited 35 to get the next monetary reward from my harem.

This HAS to be fixed. It's only getting worse and worse and worse!

I'm bumping out this thread because this NEEDS an answer. The "idling out" timer is WAY out of control! It's less than thirty seconds! For Pete's sake, I got a girl and just the time it took to read the BRIEF RANK-UP TEXT was enough to get an "idle-out" and force me to reload the page. We can't even read ANYTHING in the game, right now!

I agree with all of you, the Game has lost so much because of that Issue.
Normally, Harem Heroes is a good Game, but this permanent reloading kills its fun.
For the sake of all of us, please fix that.

Same here!
Sometimes I'll be kicked off after 3 or 4 seconds inactivity.
Entering the harem, looking for the girl, return -> logged off in nearly in 100% of cases, even if it takes just some seconds.
Entering shop switching to affection shop, choosing girl, return -> logged off in 80% of the cases, even if it takes just some seconds
PVP, change crew -> logged off in nearly 100% of the cases. Makes it really hard to validate team changes.

This all is far beyond making fun, really thinking to drop my monthly pass till this is solved!

It was 17 seconds to finish mission timer. I looked at it. I didn't alt-tab and didn't open any new windows.
"Hi! It looks like something went wrong in creating session datas. Please click here to re-create it!"

At the moment it's less then 11 seconds. No chance to change team in less than 3 seconds!

Let's hope they fix it sooner than later. Considering how the issue is progressing, it's below 15 seconds already. Soon the game might "idle out" before it even finishes loading when you access it. >.>

They told me they're working on it and that it'll take time. While I'm glad they're at least attempting to fix it, it's actually gotten worse since I started complaining about it and I'm a little offended that they have the gall to start a huge new event while the game is getting borderline unplayable. It's like Volkswagen being told that their cars have a habit of spontaneously exploding and they say, "we'll get right on fixing that. In the meantime buy one of our exploding cars, now available in new colors!"

Agreed with everything stated here... Game is absolutely unplayable -- cannot do ANYTHING. I get it that it might be a complex issue with overlapping JS code or some other hidden conflict -- but that doesn't make it ok. Make a fix your priority, not some another new event.

Yeah I agree, today it has reached an impossible level. If you don't keep clicking on something once per second it kicks you out immediately. It's ridiculous. I've been with the game since the beginning and I'm even a paying player, but this might be the deal breaker for me which makes me leave my favourite and only naughty game I play...

The worst part is, they could have fixed this weeks, if not months ago. When the issue started, it was an error code message that would show up after being idle for a little while. As it got worse, I (and I'm sure others submitted a ticket and got a response that it was a known issue they were working on.

Yeah... they worked on it... their big "fix" was to change the error code message to the "You haven't played in a long time..." garbage and not fix the underlying problem. Basically a big "FUCK YOU!" to those of us experiencing the issue. Since then, it's rapidly gotten worse, to the point we are at now, where the game has become virtually unplayable, and now they're saying it could be a long time to fix.
