Low Damage with Main Team

This question is mainly about why my damage numbers are so low and not about how to beat guild order. Using guild order event as a premise for dmg numbers
I am running a water team in the fire crom guild order event with roughly 45k Power. Right now, my damage feels extremely low and I can barely clear the event.
From each hit, I am doing around 20k-30k damage per hit up to a max of 36k. Each of my bursts are ~100-160k each burst and my full-burst combo is around 420k

Looking at other clear videos like this one, they doing 40~80k per hit 11015. Each burst is ~360k with full-burst around 1.2 mil. Besides skill leveling up each of my weapons can anyone recommend other things I can do to up my damage?

Skill-wise I am using SSR Nike's Def Down and Sniper Shot. I am using SSR Nike's Atk-up.

Many people are using Skill 20 Soul Attack weapons and at least a Rudra friend for those combats. That is a lot of damage.

Anyways, to answer your question, it depends on a few factors. GO mobs defense is actually normal, so you have a couple of barriers:
1. Rudra friend or not. 100% eidolon makes a huge difference. Easy fix there.
2. Weapon grid. Most of those videos likely have over 150% assault. Levelling your grid, just takes time. Additionally, relic weapon.
3. Debuffs. It's way easier to hit numbers like 50k with hitting the debuff cap of 50%. Your setup hits only 35% def break. You can cover the cap with Hercules assault axe.

Ah, sorry to be that guy again, but then that would belong in the Q&A section stickied at the top of the forum.

You'll eventually get there by religiously skilling up your weapons and getting new SSR ones to complete your grid. Patience is key.

Long answer, in order of most important to least important:
1. Finish up leveling those skill levels. Pulling 100x 10 Gem Gacha every day is by far the most important thing you can do to get stronger. If you need Gems, spam Half Elixirs at the Gem Quest 30-minute "events."
2. Use a 100% Eidolon in your friend slot when you need ~25% more damage output. Yes, it matters about that much always.
3. Replace Vada Blade with a offensive Relic weapon, I see you're lacking in Def Down so Herc would be the best. If you want to run some other Soul, replace Cupid with Atalente. If you want higher Burst, you'll to run either Herc with Provisional Forest or if you want to use a free EX skill, Shingen.
4. Replace Cannon Ilul with a SR Assault or better.
5. Use anything better than your SR Dragoon in Eidolon slot 5. Anything with ~1500+ Atk will do.

All of that piles up so cause your damage output problems.

Do that and you should clear (Fire) GO with little problems (once you know what to do inside, that is). There is content where having that much Defender is good for you (especially if you're running double healers), but if your aim is damage output, then you need to be using Assault weapons in a finished Grid.


PS. You're actually using my damage calc. Nice. If you're using it just for the weapon skill levels, then cool. But you could use the rest of it and be able to where you're lacking by yourself?

If you're using that team for GO, one of your quickest fix with your damage output is the missing frame-c def down in the defense debuff cap. This can be easily obtained from Atalanta.

Also in the video, assuming blub use PF on Herc, then that'd mean he's running with 45%

Assuming you're running Modred with Sniper +NikeU which will give you 35%. That 10% difference in def down will account for quite a bit of damage there.

Your weapon grid as presented doesn't add up to the assault and defender values you're arriving at. You have 84% assault instead of 93% and 38% defender instead of 53%.
Why the discrepancy? You're assuming the wrong base values for certain weapons.
For assault, the 9% difference comes from the Jack Frost hammer and Sloth glaive. Jack Frost hammer is assault (M), not (L). So its base assault is 3%, not 6%. Sloth glaive is Pride (L). Setting aside how Pride (L) effects can overcome Assault (L) in the middle of battle, strictly speaking, Pride effects start with a base assault value of 0%, not 6%.
Similar story for defender. The 15% difference comes from Illuyanka gun, Illuyanka hammer, and Jack Frost hammer. The assumption you made is that all 3 have Defender (L). Illuyanka gun is actually Defender (M). Illuyanka hammer and Jack Frost hammer are both Defender (S).
