Where can i get Fururu birds?

I just realised that you arent able to buy Fururu blooming birds from the whale shop anymore. Is that a error? If not, where can i get them now?
Why the heck did they change that? It was so cool before. I just wanted to bloom Fritillaria and now i dont know where to get my red ones....

Yes, the special missions under concept tab all drop birds.
