Kamihime Project : Gem Idea Regalia

Hi I'm relatively new to the game
I know that to get a soul weapon you need about 30 gems idea regalia through farming raid battles (by exchanging gem fragments).
But the shop has only about 20 units available for each elements. Is this normal ? if so how do I acquire the idea regalia for soul weapons ?

ask in Q&A thread, they get more expensive with each 20 unit purchase and reset at the beginning of a new month.
