Bonus Stages. Worth it? Which ones

Few months ago i stopped doin them because i thought there is rly bad reward comparing to stamina cost.. but havent rly did the job of "deep analyze"

Depends on what you prioritize that day.
Normal bonus stages easily offer the best life crystals per stamina IIRC (10 crystals for 80 stamina for the advanced one) as well as guaranteed manyu/ampies. But they don't offer event currency or progression on the event stage dailies if you care about the equipment upgrade materials.

Event bonus stages typically offer the best event currency per stamina, but no life crystals or progression on the event stage dailies. Also, how much 'better' they are at helping you clear the event varies wildly depending on the event type. There's at least one or two types for which you're better off never doing them IIRC.

Figure out what you want to do that day and play accordingly.

the 12 stamina basic one is a steal - but I don't think farming it is worth it but when they come up I do them, the advanced one is also a must do, and event ones as if you're running events you generally need the special

regular 12 point ones are good for cheap manyu I always do those

80 points good for life crystals and 100s I do those a lot especially if low on crystals

I hate the 50 pt one never do that one

I'd farm the cheapest chapter 11 stam stage for 80 stam bonuses if you need life crystals and manyus. Leveling gets expensive so farm the most potent manyus you can get

Event 80 stam stages give the best event currency for knocking out the event lists, so spam the highest phase 2 stage you can for that (does not work for reissued events)

There's also whaleship bonus stages if you can handle anything from it's chapter 11 onward. Not sure what the best one per stam is, but go for it if farming sun medals

Bonus Stages are worth doing if they are EVENT Bonus stages 100%.

Normal Bonus stages are only worth doing if it's the Basic (12 stam) or Advanced (80 stam) versions, the Intermediate (50 stam) has always been a waste of time with cost vs possible drops.

Even then I find myself ignoring the 80 stam normal bonus stage quite often when i'm after event currency or something other than Manyu / Life Crystals.

I wouldn't say 100%.
For swan boat races, they're just unnecessary because we cheat our asses off thanks to hindsight/laziness of devs to not reroll the races.
For the gacha type event, they're debatable, as the bonus stages actually give less of the 0-stamina stage summoning materials. I think that you're better off farming the regular event stages for this type so you can summon more of the 0-stamina stages for whatever side thing you want (I like equipment upgrade mats), on top of the life crystals.
For card flipping, as much as the bonus stages crush the normal stages with regards to event currency, there's diminishing returns on the utility of said currency. Once you get all of the 'good' stuff (where 'good' is whatever you define as for yourself) thanks to wiki contributors, you're basically done outside of running event stages for the daily quests.

You do not even have to "cheat" on most events nowadays. They are designed to be stupidly easy because we have other more challenging things to do....

honestly, i'd always do the event bonus stages (mainly that 80 stam one) unless it's the swan race....

only time I would do the swan race bonus is if i'm grinding betting materials...

those 80 stam bonus stages always seem to have the best output if not outright getting something like manyu/gold (those are best done on dailies when open) or there's bonus stages costing more stam (whaleship bonus gives a TON of medals from the highest chapter and stam cost you can clear)
