I'm stuck in the loading screen and can't get in to the game. I've already tried clearing cache and used a different browser and it still would not work.

Hmm, if you really have tried everything (i.e Puffin) and the problem persists for hours then I could think of two things.

1)Send a support ticket to Nutaku.
2)Post about it on the FKG discord in #issue_reports. If you do, remember to be as detailed as possible, maybe provide a screenshot, and provide your Nutaku ID.

I can't guarantee that they will respond immediately however. I haven't seen any posts on here or on discord about loading issues so it may be an issue unique to you.

Submitting a ticket was useless for me.

Discord was the only thing that worked.

I only got to this part and I can't get in. Already submitted a ticket but no replies yet. It's been days now.

If you have a phone, download Puffin Browser and see if the game works on that.
If it works there, try purging all cookies and data from nutaku, and clear all history, cookies, exc. back 1 hour. Then restart your browser, making sure it actually closes; Chrome stays open now and it is frustrating. Then retry.
