Not really; it only seems like that cause we got Native Bryony's event moved up early for Halloween, like with past years. Just like how every year we get the Christmas and New Year's events moved up to line up with the calendar.

I don't think it was "chose otherwise". They gave us that event out of order, remember? My own guess is that at some point they updated their events to do a ticket on it, but our "normal" event routine hasn't gotten us to that point yet. It just looks odd to us because we're not always getting events in order.
