So I recently discovered the Chinese (Zhuyin) server of KamiPRO on DMM

They are on the same schedule as our current Nutaku ver and start the Christmas LRaid on the same day, have mostly the same gacha releases, etc...

Their version is WAY more like ours, as DMMs official JP ver doesn't have a skip tutorial feature in startgame, and gives ONLY 3K jewels to starters. ZH ver has the same features as Nutaku KamiPRO

It says it's not available in my region so I always assumed it was a Japan-only version. Why is it that others seem to be able to access it?

jp version is not available for me - since im rus, but the easiest way is to run apk on emulator - it doesnt check ip
(idk if chinese ver has even apk, and i will NOT check)

I'm not in Japan or China but both version available for me, the chinese ver didn't work on chrome tho, so I have to switch to firefox.
Just check in this version to see what they have and don't plan to play here but I just thought if somehow suddenly nutaku or this chinese ver dead, they could tranfer the data and players to the other version, since both in the same state.

i believe i mentioned it - i am Russian, and living in a country off-sanctioned by US (thus by JP since its same) - and cant access dmm japan only (jp/us) games

Well... I'd think so. If he has already tried the r18 version then it's a website block. If only the all ages version... likely a region block.

I play the DMM Japanese browser version so I'd just have to assume that the Chinese version is licensed in certain areas only. Why in the UK though? Strange.

Isn't Nutaku an 'Original Game'? So I'd think these games are considered separate entities under the licensing agreement.

Ahhh the Chinese version, I found out about it after I was already neck deep in the gacha hell. I was able to access it via the cookie bypass on the KC3 Kai chome plugin though

Idk, I think that there is one game got close on Nutaku (or might be TW version) got the data and player move to DMM.
Just check the Nutaku discontinued game list, It's probably TW version, not Nutaku

If the game is "dead" it will be because DMM decides to kill it. Its irrelevant who is hosting it - Nutaku or DMM.

If they (DMM) decide to discontinue Chinese or Western edition, they will have zero reason to "transfer" it anywhere. The only "transfer" you can hope of is some "migration" to a new game they are promoting (e.g. you get some bonus in new game for some of old game stuff).

1. Taco only hosts, DMM is still the one running the game... you see how it goes.

2. Uh... learn japanese or get someone to TL for you. Good luck getting anything from DMM once they know you're a filthy gaijin.

The former Chinese host just died and the game was moved to DMM. It may happen with kamiPRO too, if taco gives up this game.
