do all harem have chance to drop 100 attraction ?

So I read the patch notes and according to it there is a chance that a girl could drop 100 attraction points instead of slowly building up to it. is this exclusive to classic harem or does this also apply to all types: epic legendary...etc including Fabienne ?

So I read the patch notes and according to it there is a chance that a girl could drop 100 attraction points instead of slowly building up to it. is this exclusive to classic harem or does this also apply to all types: epic legendary...etc including Fabienne ?

I just got her with 100 attraction points (had 43 before).
