Overall Union PP Numbers Inconsistency

Intuitively, Isn't the overall Union PP the summation of every union's member Overall Individual PP?

background information on this image:
Those 3 Union Event Info tables belong to 3 of my accounts, all in the same Union. Said accounts only participated in Ultimate subjugation and some hallowed grails (approx. 20 hallowed grails quest each), my union teammates went for the expert subjugation.
As you can verify the summation of my accounts alone is 4,027,695, which just doesn't add up. at this point this just Feels like I'm being cheated.
