... well, I SURE AS HELL HOPE THAT WE'RE GETTING THIS PATCH, since it's also the same one that brings us the new skill level up system. You can now level up multiple skill levels in one go.

Required points for skill level ups, all unchanged for current weapons:
SR 1-20 = 1900
SSR 1-20 = 3800
SSR 21-30 = 4900 (8700 from 1-30, but you can't do that in one go!)
Upcoming Olympia weapons (starting from the next event):
SSR 1-20 = 9420

After this patch SSR weapons still give 350 points from the first skill level, but give only 100 points per additional skill level. So slightly nerfed, but in reality since you overshoot the skill level so badly right now, it doesn't matter much. Some maths:
Where you currently use, for example, 4x SSR2s (with 8 Rs) into skill levels 26-30, you can after the patch use 4x SSR5s into skill levels 24-30 (with 80 Rs). That 72 additional Rs would in the current system get you from 25-26, but not from 24-26.

Sooo... it's KIND OF a slight buff, despite looking bad? I don't see a reason to save up SSR weapons unless you want to level up Olympia weapons ASAP though.

well, not a table, but x6 R on a SR makes it SL4 (which is the recommended SL to use.)
x20 R makes a SSR SL5 (again, recommended + gives 750 exp.)
I'm sure JStar will make a grid soon enough. I'll post it here when he does if he hasn't already.

Hit cancel, take one thing off, see if skill exp gained would lower. If it didn't, you need to remove more. If it did lower, hey, you're not capped, just hit that enhance button.

R grails are the main change for me. Used to be 2 R got you to lvl3, then 1 more gave you 67% chance of lvl4 so was worth the gamble (the series 1 to n of (2n)/(3^n) tends to 1.5, so getting from lvl 3 to lvl 4 used to cost on average 1.5 R fuel, and gave effectively 2 R in return, so was worth it unless very unlucky)

2 still get you to 3 skill, and 3 guarantee you skill level 4. Takes 2 more to get to level 5, so you don't gain or lose anything fuel-wise, and useful if you are levelling up those high levels and need a lot of materials to get there.

So, R grails massively improved (always use 3 to get those grails worth 80 points), SR are exactly the same (use 6 to get 140 points) and SSR are slightly nerfed, but as I don't burn SSR weapons that's fine by me.

Now it is time for me to move that 100 odd R-grails in my gift list into my weapon list and hit SLVL30 on a few more MLB weapons, now it's about 4 times faster.

Best guess as a developer - something with the message queuing that sends out the ability/damage notifications to other players.

Real response - can't say as they won't say themselves.

You still get a 2-3 second delay at 16+ people, but thats way better than the 30s we could frequently get.

Each R is worth 10xp per Skill Level.

Each SR is worth 35xp per SL

In order to get a SL 4 SR weapon, worth 140xp, you need a SR and 6 Rs (95 xp total).

So you trade 95xp for 140xp. Raising the SR to SL5 would be a waste though. You'd spend 40xp (4 Rs) for only 35 more xp.

So, here is the interesting thing: the SR "Water" Guns you get from the Missions of this event are actually Phantom. Not only Phantom, but Phantom HP()/Assault()!

That... is very unique. This means that in theory, you can lock these separately, and should you ever need to Rainbow team for whatever reason you could use four of these + 1 random Gun + Phantom Gun, and you would have +40% Assault +70% HP to all elements. Combined with SSR Diabolos, that'd be +90% HP even to your off-element Hime, whose lack of HP is one of the problems of Rainbow teams.

Now, I'm not saying that this is a smart thing to do. Hint: It probably isn't, and not only because 4*3 SR bricks would cost you 6000 Eidolon Orbs! I'm just saying that these things are very unique and you might miss it if I didn't point it out.
Btw, any news on the Azazel awakening ?Nope! None! We're now two events behind, and next event is supposed to be Cthulhu Awakening as well. Maybe they'll double whammy us. Maybe they'll skip Azazel for months. Like how they delayed Herc... ... Herc delay wasn't bad though, since Herc was utter garbage when she came out. Azazel delay though...

This event will give you extra mats as long as you do 5 runs per day, so you should get the MLB easily.
