TL;DR - Andro Support Build is a build for lazy farmers who wants to AAB the hardest raids in game.
What is Andro Support Build and Who uses it?
Andro Support Build (ASB) is a zero damage build for raids. You are leeching from other players. Why? Because leeching is one of the fastest way to to farm, especially if you can't MVP the content - especially outside of burst hour. If you have over 1,000 seeds unused, consider using the ASB to reduce inventory and grab some loot along the way. Here are some additional reasons why you might want to use the ASB.
1. You are a new player or you are working on a new grid
2. You are trying to farm Ragnarok or Guardian level raids
3. You have over 1,000 seeds unused
4. You want to farm outside of burst hour
5. You want a build that can AAB while you are doing other stuff like writing guides on HBC
What does an ASB look like?
Example of ASB
13021
13022
What does an ASB do?
ASB supports the team. The priorities are:
1. Raid-wide healing
2. Raid-wide DEF UP and/or DMG CUT
3. Raid-wide dispel
4. Black propaganda on enemies
5. Dispel on enemies
6. Stacking certain debuffs like Agaliarept's Analysis
7. ATK/DEF DOWN on enemies
Why is ATK/DEF DOWN last on the priorities? Why are others so important?
Because in a raid, someone else probably already brought ATK/DEF debuffs so you don't have to. And because many raid bosses have powerful buffs (DMG CUT) or debuffs (ie paralysis) and the best way to deal with them is dispel the boss or dispel your teammates - which NO ONE ELSE wants to bring, so you should bring these skills.
How to play ASB effectively?
Ideally you want to join an active union that uses discord. If you cant, go ask around and get invited to the discord of an active union - without actually joining the union. Why would they want a leecher like you? Because you will open the raids for them - which is limited 3x per day per element AND you will let them take the MVP. In exchange they will add you to their friend list and let you leech off their raids.
Next, you want to take part of as many raids as possible - the max is 3 simultaneous raids. For each raid you join, use an offensive ability once, as the game requires you to deal damage to receive loot. You should also use Andro's defensive buff and possibly her healing and dispel if you suspect your allies may need it.
Next, go back the first raid, your allies needs your help. Whack the enemy once or twice and turn on AAB.
Go watch videos or something. Come back when the raid is over. Rinse and repeat.
What element, himes, eidos and wpn should I use?
Primarily light, because light has access to a lot of healing and defensive himes, and a ton of weapons with Ascension (+Recovery) bonuses. There is no such thing as too much healing or too many dispels (on the boss). Also, there is no need for you to deal damage, so don't even bother.
For weapons, your priorities are: Ascension > Defender. Also nice to have are Grace and Protect. Light has easy access to these types of wpns, which are usually staves.
Also, when possible, your final hime should be a boss counter. Examples are:
1. Agaliarept counters Light - due to Analysis helps your teammates.
2. Raphael counters Dark - due to her Dizzy and BP is the only effective counter against bosses that relies on abilities
3. Prometheus counters Wind - due to her Wind DMG debuff, paralysis and BP
4. Water - N/A - probably Poseidon to reduce your dmg
5. Thunder - N/A - well.... there is Thor, if you manage to land her para. Or Raiko to reduce your dmg.
6. Wind - N/A - probably Gaia for defense.
For eidos, use Meng Huo (40% HP) or the guardian eido, which together with Defender wpns, will still give you ~40% HP
Important things to know, to avoid getting kicked out
1. It is crucial that you have strong allies. Since you deal no damage, they have to be able to take down the boss without you.
2. It is crucial that you speak with your raid party in discord and ask what they want you to bring.
3. It is crucial to not AAB on certain bosses in order to avoid triggering their mechanic and piss off your allies. Example - Light Ragnarok triggers raging on turn 7.
(This becomes less of a problem in Dec 2019 when the mechanics are softened up and less punishing)
4. Only share the raid with Friends and Union members to avoid lag or inviting idiots who trigger the boss.
