View Full Version : When do legendary boosters become better than epic boosters?

For example Ginseng Roots. The epic ones offer 1225 to each stat, whereas the legendary ones offer 6% to each stat. Obviously a low-level player will want the epic ones, as 6% of their stats won't amount to much. But at what point, at what number of stats, do those 6% become more than the flat 1225?

Note: as you can probably guess, I mostly care about the Ginseng Root, but feel free to add information regarding the other boosters as well, if you want to make the answer more informative.

I swear people like you are why I lose faith in humanity.

Little reminder from my elementary school

Golden one adds 1225, purple 6%

To solve at which stat level 6% equal 1225 you need to use proportions.

1225 = 6%
X = 100%

X = (1225*100)/6

X= 20416,6

Answer: Purple ginseng is better than yellow one when stat you are interested in is higher than 20416. It took me longer to write this than calculate problem itself.

It's actually not that simple a question. Does the base number include equipment? Are additional boosters additive or multiplicative? Pretty sure these kinds of things were implied when OP asked for "more informative".

Im at lvl 367 and pass than mark by a 1k or more in each field to get a boost from them but that is because I have been lvling up my player and getting armor whenever. So if you got the super sexy armor it might be faster but its going to be better if your have your class stat at legendary maybe. Also you can buy 30 skill point in each field every level. So I would guess you would take your current skill lvl in whatever field you want the boost in the most minus that from 20,416 and divide that by 30÷30¯\\_(ツ)_/¯ cause math.

Yes they do, I tested it with different items and match checks out. Boosters are additive, not multiplicative.
