Is there a way to get LuxuriousBody besides the two that are shown and that? Do I have to do the banner thing again to get her unlocked in game? I would love any help with this please and thank you

Unfortunately, that banner with her has been long gone. The best way to get her now is wait when the devs decided to put her in the Trolls in whatever event they choose.

Actually it does still work. I investigated after reading this post and the link from the "sex friends" tab is still valid. just register a free account and there you go. No Credit Card required. She didnt drop immedietly but after 15-20 mins i now have LuxuriousBody.
