Are servers for Harem Heroes and Hentai Heroes the same?

Are servers for Harem Heroes and Hentai Heroes the same? And if so can I Switch my account from Hentai heroes to harem heroes?

Harem Heroes is a server hosted in Nutaku. Hentai Heroes is its own server hosted by the devs. They are two different servers and they don't interact with each other. You cannot bring your Harem Heroes account to Hentai Heroes and vice versa. You gotta start from the scratch.
