I need some clarification.
Just to be clear:
You can pick up rewards from daily missions and contests at anytime. Though with daily missions you lose out on the koban bonus gift for completing all missions if not collected that day.
Daily goals and Events however must be collected before the end time. Even if completed, if not collected it disappears.
I thought I had a nice system going, keeping the millions of cash and experience for when I could use it at contests regarding gaining such things (because otherwise I can never rank in the top 4 which has meant many lost girls). Now I've lost out on a shocking amount of rewards which is really frustrating but it isn't the game's fault, just my inexperience with the system. I wish it wasn't that way but I doubt they'll change it.
Admittedly I just wasn't observant either. I never realized the daily goals chests were disappearing along with all those rewards as well...
