Pretty sure. I've checked the dps value with and without accuracy emblem when I sortie Pansy out last time. Without accuracy emblem = no multiplier, with accuracy emblem = multiplier present to the value of accuracy (e.g. 150% accuracy = 1.5 multiplier on display dps for scouting).

Images of my Pansy on the link. First bar without accuracy emblem, second one with accuracy emblem. You can see that my Scouting dps on the second image increased from 264 to 370 (approx 1.39 multiplier) because of the accuracy emblem. While first one doesnt display the multiplier effect (because I removed the accuracy emblem)

Well, damn, that's really good to know. Accuracy's effect on normal dps is almost 0 lol.

Minnie and Katyusha are low dps, high burst dps units. That makes both of them EXTREMELY valuable for doing the Devonis Stun sHell map that comes up regularly in PoC. No other tank can make as much use out of the sparse seconds of mobility.

Fortunately I just barely managed to snag a Minnie from the Halloween event. Soviet packs have only given me four stars I already own because of course they have.

High durability lets you scout longer, with heavies being best for if you're going to work or something. While the non-dps check damage is % based, once you go over 8 hours the dps checks start getting larger and larger so high durability is still useful if you need a tank to last 10+ hours (my own record is a 5* level 38 heavy that lasted 21 hours; that was more just to see how long it could go than to be useful)

Stats to put on scouting tanks, ranked from best to worst:

HP > Damage > Accuracy > Damage Reduction > Attack Speed > Evasion > Damage Bonus > Crit Chance > Crit Multiplier
Why is oil more important than the others? Uhmmm... how will I know of the stats when scouting? The only things shows there are DUR and DPS.

BTW, what should I spend on Cores? You know those red Hexagonal Shape Thingy?

Oil is XP, and XP is the longest pole in everybody's tent...at least until people start maxing out their tanks.

That should be enough said, but if it isn't, when using oil to get XP, you also have chances to get emblems. The more oil, the more chances at emblems you get. If you don't get emblems, you get tanks that can be converted to more XP. Metal isn't ever in abundance (for some people), but compared to another tank level the benefits of using it to upgrade tanks is so minimal that it hardly even matters if you max out a tank or leave it at zero bonus. And currency is just trash, even compared to metal. Yes, 'eventually' you'll want max level on both your relationship bonuses and your emblems, but you should never go out of your way to work specifically on either if the opportunity cost is that you get less oil.

My lights bring back enough emblems, cores, and currency to keep me comfortably supplied. I can't imagine I'd be able to run all the maps I do with the pittance I'd get from TD/A scouts. And H/M scouts? Forget it.

As for your edit...spend cores on opening factory slots and expanding your tank storage. Once you've done this (storage expansion will be an ongoing thing), cores are best used for events. Either you buy supplemental event currency with them to make up for not being able to finish all the event tiles or you can purchase the extra event tanks directly with them (for this event, PT-76 and/or Katyusha). Once your 'basic game needs' are taken care of, they're basically just another event currency.

If you're FTP, I don't recommend spending them on any recruiting. That's whaling territory.

Currently my oil is at 945 / 3000. I guess I made a mistake on leveling up at Lv 4 spots.

Still learning to play this game and thanks for info. (Although, still confused @_@)

Well, you won't be able to get 6,000 oil capacity until you already know what you're doing. But you should be driving toward the oil derrick at the top of the map (lvl 32, Locally Sourced) for 5,000. It isn't really THAT big of a mistake, but you may have screwed yourself out of some oil and that would have held you back. You can recover from it if you catch up to the tiles you can finish. If that doesn't get you past the next oil derrick, you haven't done yourself much of any harm at all, just the marginal increase in XP per oil spent that you get on higher level tiles.

Overall, in this game there's a balance between sandbagging and striving...you benefit the most from doing the hardest level tile you can finish, but you also don't want to waste time or resources on repairs while you still have more oil to spend. So you need to find the highest level tile you can complete without losing any tanks and farm that. As your tanks get to higher levels, you adjust to higher tiles. If you get close to the end of your play session, you can do a run on the highest tile or try a new tile, then let the repairs go on while you're away from the game.

    New research cycle.

Panther II - definite pass on this one.

And I'm not just saying that because I got her as my login reward this month. She's a four star tank masquerading as a five star tank. Well okay, the M10 is a four star tank masquerading as a five star tank (we know about colored contacts, Petra) but the Panther II doesn't boast the element of surprise! ... or a three gear deployment cost. The M26 Pershing is very nearly the same unit and levels up faster. A Sherman Crocodile is easily the better tank after emblems due to it's higher re-fire rate and flame thrower passive. Probably the least remarkable five star medium.

Also she has less armor than the Panther I despite the fact that the Panther II was expressly to be an up engine / armor Panther I. So... yeah, I dunno.

On the other hand her turret is a kitty tail, and that's adorbs.

I'm nowhere near Level 32. I'm still at level 17. XD

    BTW, I think I didn't get a good resource on scouting. T_T
