Hmm, I should go recall my scouts. They won't survive another 4 hours.
Does anyone else seem to run into seemingly invincible infantry among the enemies? It's really sad to see 6-10 tanks firing away at 3-4 infantry and failing to kill them for 2 whole minutes even with specials activated. Not to mention it dooms me to auto-fail due to time limit.
Sometimes I run into guys who take a particularly long time to take out, but I haven't parsed the combat stuff enough to know if that's a bug or some mechanics thing.
So I just noticed that for emblems, secondary stats are randomized. I find that a nice feature. While RNG is always a pain, it's small things like that that add more a game.
Also didn't notice I still had the game up 30 minuets into maintenance, though I didn't try to do any battles, was still able to jump between menus. Didn't want to risk anything not saving like early access.
So Maint started at 8pm EDT? dang, I missed stopping my scouts by 20 minutes. OH well, the timing is a little funny (maintenance at end of first day of new research items).. I would have done it for the first 4 hours of the first day myself. But I'm not the one who might have to get up in the middle of the night to do it, and they might have gotten complaints about the research items changing, if they did it a day earlier. While i've never seen the invicible inventory, if you had tanks in reserve, you might have sent them along a different path- just like you lose when your leutenant dies, you win when the dark lord dies, no matter how many tanks/buildings are still standing
Looks like it was just a maintenance to improve infrastructure(?) and add a few little things like sound saving.
Oh and fix the bug where some players only could only have 1 lieutenant skill.
I don't know if this has been brought up before, but you don't have to wait for a full 8 hours to collect a resource. Just hit up a node and it'll give whatever percentage of full it was at.
So from what I´ve seen so far from the game, it feels a bit to content light at the moment.
While the game is fun in the beginning it gets boring very fast, mostly due to its extremely slow pace and massive player downtime where you literally cant play for day or two at all.
Here is a small summary of things I personally found lacking and would like to be addressed in the future should the game have a future (depends on how much content patches, promotion etc the creators are willing to put out.)
