    As Elite status no extra art, skill moves nor any content particularly require it, seeing it more of a resource dump in the why not, then it does some good and who knows what the future will bring category.

    Panther II is honestly a terrible tank, so you can replace her. She's basically a weaker Super Pershing. And Super Pershing is a weaker Leopard 1a1.

    I'd also say get rid of T-44 but you already elited her. <.<
    Then again I'm probably biased since I dislike her skill. Her skill basically just makes her a Super Pershing/Leopard 1a1 without the 50% damage buff from Ace. She has lower base def than Pershing/Leopard, so unless you're getting armor from emblems, the higher defense % is really just making her equal to the Ace tanks. She does have some base evasion unlike Super Pershing, so that is one advantage she has over her, but when you compare it to Leopard 1a1's evasion you realize that her skill only makes her equal evasion wise.

    T-34, I'd get rid of because I feel her skill works better when it's on something like a destroyer which usually have longer range, and armor pen. Then again this is just my personal bias.

    As for Strid, I like Strid, probably also personal bias. :P

    I'd recommend using your Type 59. Downside is she's really slow with skill up so you want her in a good position before using it. On the plus side she also gets a 25s skill duration rather than the usual 15 most other tanks have and it also includes a range boost. She has fairly good base stats as well.

    As for light tanks, I don't see any problem. Although Satan is a bit squishy, but at 2 cost her dying isn't too big of an issue. I'd possibly recommend getting an AMX-40. She's only 4*, but her skill gives her invincibility for 10 seconds and can be used immediately after you deploy her. Really good for when you need an emergency tank to hold off a mob of enemies so you can set your Panzer up to blow them all away. Plus you can build her full offensive since she's invincible, just need to make sure you don't let her die to aoe before using her skill.

    As for your destroyers. Jagdpanther is an excellent destroyer. 100% accuracy buff is great for taking down squishy evasion tanks. T-100 is good for locking down single targets, although it's not so good vs a mob of enemies since she won't necessarily be able to disable who she wants unless they're in front.

    As for your other destroyers, Tortoise, I just don't like her all together. She has some stats like a tank, and a skill to aid in tanking, but she simply doesn't have the hp pool for it. Jagdtiger is basically T-34 with longer range and more base armor pen.

    Sturmtiger might be usable. She is a heavy tank combined with an artillery wearing a destroyer disguise. Downside is her range, which makes her very weak to units with the disable skill. Also, she's pretty much the only destroyer with almost no pen. On the plus side, she has a blast radius of 7, which is equal or greater to all artillery aside from Zoya. She has a health and armor of a 5* heavy tank, as well as the Tiger II defensive skill which increases her defense, range, and attack speed. Also has one of the highest end game attack power.

    Then finally your artillery.

    Panzer is best.

    Zoya is fine also, I wouldn't bother with any of your others though unless you feel you need T-92's disable to control situations. Although, you could probably solve most of those situations with Zoya's nuke anyway.
    Swapped Panther 2 for Type 59. Would rather not remove T-44 'cuz that's quite a waste of investment.
    T-34 can be swapped, either for Sturmtiger (1) or Jagdtiger (25). As you can see Jagd would be quicker to get up to par by a long shot, but Sturm's AOE is awfully tempting...

    Don't have Maus and E-100 is level 11 and would take a lot of investment, which I don't really want given I'm already leveling Type 59 and either Sturm or Jagd on top of T-100, M3 and Panzer so I think I'll leave my heavies.

    AMX-40 is level 30ish atm (she's scouting atm so I can't tell for sure) so I could swap her in... who do you think I should cut?

    All in all, I've got enough strong units to deal with invasions/PoC so I can afford to swap in some lowbies to level

    If you're gonna cut, since you're not really willing to drop T-44, your most likely choice would be Satan, or one of your heavies. I would still recommend dropping T-44 over either though even if she's elite already. As for Sturmtiger, she could technically replace one of the heavies if you decide to use her since she's naturally tanky even without defensive emblems, you'd need some pretty good emblems for her though.

    PanzerWerfer retargets if existing target dies before full load is fired and unloads the rest on the next hapless victim.
    Even rotates to do it.

    That would be mean against players.

    How about dropping T-44 and T-34 for Sturmtiger and AMX-40?

    Really depends on your play style. I can think of a few possibilities. I wouldn't really recommend range since her base is simply just too low. Even if you raise it, if her skill isn't up she's gonna be in front no matter what.

    1. You equip her like a heavy with splash since she's always in front.

    2. 5* Emblems with Damage reduction, Crit Chance, Crit Multiplier, % Damage bonus. Accuracy, Penetration, Attack speed are also good.

    3. Similar to #2, except replace damage reduction with evasion.

    4. Forget all defenses and aim for 5* emblems with full offensive sub stats. She can last a bit, but she can also be taken down pretty quickly like this. It's also hard to get someone to tank for her since she's so close to the enemies.

    Comparing between 2 and 3. Damage reduction should mitigate all damage, including 100% armor pen. Whereas evasion mitigates damage by not getting hit and is more luck reliant. Depends on your personal preference, but evasion is useless vs tanks with 100% accuracy skills. In the end all of it depends on your preference though.

    Be aware that Crit is better then Pen in 90% of situations since armour is a flat reduction and not a percentage reduction.
