The BTR-60 has better base stats than the only 3 cost 5 star medium - the Panther/M10. Skill wise... 50 hp/sec isn't bad in theory. Anything that saves on repair bills and shifts more fights towards knock-down drag-out brawls is good. 50 hp/sec isn't going to counter direct fire from anything, but it could be enough to keep your artillery from getting wiped out by incidental fire.

For it's active... without the M3 Halftrack's passive an ablative cat field is still going to evaporate instantly, so you'd have to deploy the BTR-60 and halftrack basically on top of each other given how short ranged command aura is. It would work well on maps where you're facing lots of tank destroyers and few artillery. If a cat survives long enough to take an anti-tank missile to the face, it's worth it.

... I still grabbed the PT-76 first because I've managed to miss it every single year before this...

It should counter the environmental DoTs from certain bosses...I've lost artillery to that before.

Just ran a test...at level 2 she can passively outheal the DoT from a lvl 60 crystal boss.

You mean to heal herself? Her level doesn't effect the skill, but it would her armor.

The cat soldiers need a higher starting HP or .2 seconds of invulnerability or something. Right now the constant damage tics on some maps will gib cat soldiers the instant they deploy, before passives like Julie's 'command aura' can even take effect.

Just had a thought - The cat infantry don't have any native penetration, right? Can they even damage higher level enemies? You'd need an armor-shred light tank or Wendy's active skill. Seems you'd have an almost fixed selection of front line units at that point. BTR-60, M3-Halftrack, Flammpanzer 38, PT-76, T-70. Maybe AMX-40 or an infantry unit if you have the perfect storm of emblems for it.

I assume cat infantry have the same stats as Pvt. Neko (and at the same level than their mother tank). So no innate pen and a basic 100 accuracy, from an offensive point that's their main flaw as they have the higher rate of fire of the whole game and with the boost from Julie can thus have a pretty high DPS.

I have read quite a lot of people saying her heal is very weak but on my test I was quite impressed. True it's far from immunity and will never allow to tank direct damage but it's enough to outheal crystall boss and the random hit of artillery bosses.

Yes it doesn't scale with her level but it doesn't scale either with the life or armor of the healed unit. Which means that the healing is more powerfull for low life tanks and for high armor ones.

I notice the insta-gib think on cat soldiers but only when I field Misha alone, as soon as Julie's aura is here I don't have the issue anymore. But maybe it is because my Misha is allready at level 20 and thus her cat infantry have just enough healt to wistand the first wave ?

Yes to the second, no to the first. Healing is going to scale up linearly with base hp as it increases the amount of time a tank can sustain regular damage.

Seriously though, sirens and flashing lights should heralded the arrival of an enemy MBT-70 to the field.
