In order from top to bottom:
Attack power, attack speed and crit rate/power.

The bars are the modifiers, blue/greenish represents the girls own modifiers, purple represents the modifiers from the clothes. The length of the bars is relative to the largest bonus (so if one bar is +50% total and the other two are +25%, it will show the other bars at half the size of the highest bar).

Indira is a mummy with poorly done bandages, and Emma is supposed to be a vampire bat maid of some sort.

Green bars are base stats, they are relative to max stat (max is displayed as full bar).
Red bars are stats that you gain through equipment.

Proportions are broken, so it's hard to understand anything by looking at those bars.

Examples:

Base stats: 3.1k/3k/105 - displayed as 100% bar/50% bar/50% bar.
With bonus 33% equipment: 4k/3.9k/138 - displayed as 15%green+85%red/10%green+85%red+5% empty/10%green+85%red+5% empty.

Also gains due to equipment seems to be broken too:
3.1k+33% displays increase of +933
3k+33% displays increase of +934 (why is it more than for 3.1k?)
105+33% displays increase of +33 (instead of +34)

106/101/113 with 33% equipment all display increase of +33 instead of +35/+33/+37

Ohh, now they make sense. So base stats are 100 for all girls and displayed stats at the very beginning are "base*(100+modifier)%". That way we can get modifiers for each girl. I think this needs a writing down as after you train them it will be much harder to find those modifiers.

I'm working down the list in reverse order, so the next I'll get is Cindy unless I unlock Ashley before I get to 25 (shouldn't be the case though). Don't think anyone will unlock the twins before the event is over either, as that will take a while (even the first step has a 46 skill req, and later steps cost quadrillions in gifts). Someone might unlock Zoe though... Might even make that in time myself, just 2 steps away.

Priority question:

So i got 67 action points to use. Just unlocked my 9th girl.

Should i be trying to raise the individual girls star level? (What does star level do again?)
Should i be using practice to train all my girls? (or just train one main that i would probably use over the others?)
Should i be training the first stat (lips) as priority?
Should i be trying to unlock more girls (i gave up on skills and cash to train my girls.)
What is the benefit of unlocking more girls for this event? Does having more stamina help in the challenges?

I know my question isnt very detailed. Im just wondering that, since this event is active right now, what do you all think is the best use of action points. I was considering resetting the game (currently at 25.1, and with the reset it will be 47.2) but decied to just waste all the points on training all the girls. Now im wondering why im training all of them if i only use sanshi

Star level increases films produced in Films and the endurance you have in Challenge. Higher total level = more chance to win a challenge.
Practice only on your best that you want to use the most. This will probably be the last girl you have maxed out. The effect of practice depends on the star level too, so later girls will have an advantage due to their level being easier to increase.
The first stat determines your base damage, so it helps a lot. However, all stats have an effect, and you can get a lot of damage extra if you also upgrade the others (second is speed, third is crit).
Unlocking more girls helps a lot because it improves the game bonus you get on resetting a lot. The later on the list a girl is, the more bonus they give.
More girls unlocked means higher total level, so more chance to win a challenge.

Star level increases the amount of points girl gets after practice.

10 hour practise:
7 stars (Dora) - 1381 points
30 stars (Cherry) - 1977 points
36 stars (Geeky) - 2133 points
59 stars (Lola) - 2729 points
103 stars (Sanshi)- 3870 points
139 stars (Ice) - 4804 points
Maybe it also depends on some other things, but right now it looks like the higher the amount of stars the more stats they get when practicing.

Unlocking more girls allows you to unlock their Halloween outfit while the event is running (if you get 25 pumpkins). Outfit bonus is 33% to all three stats.
