    Maybe this will help. Blue is tier 2 fake, red tier 3. The numbers are reset bonus/1000. Lola is 500 only when complete. Last checked maybe a month ago. Game gets patched now and then :-)

    But basically, reset if you have to wait too long for money/skills.

    And you will have to balance resets with training time. Make sure to unlock your hit girl b4 logging off and send her to train. As of now your Total bonus gives not the slightest help in challenge. So just unlocking your highest girl and training her and not resetting would be a valid strategy. I tried to change my tier 1 hit girl to a tier 2 girl, but no way. It would probabyl take months to reach her. Sure, the tier 2 girl could reach a way higher stamina and train more stats, but as I just checked, double stamina is not double stat from training. Maybe I try again with a tier 3 girl and parallel train both the new girl and the current hit girl.

    Yes, rough estimate based on my girls seems to show that the formula is something like 1200+26*Stamina for 4 hour best session (or 7200+156*Stamina for 1 day best session). This shows close values (+-0.3%) on my 8 girls that have Stamina < 200 (including event girl) but for last girl, that has 222 Stamina the result is totally different (average gain is around 50 per stamina point instead of 156 when I look at difference between 194 and 222 stamina girls). So there may be reduced gains in training effectiveness after a certain amount of stamina that may or may not depend on girl too. Actual gains after level 200 may be as low as 20 per Stamina point because I am comparing with 194 instead of 200 now (and 200 is just a theoretical breakpoint, actual one can be anywhere between 194 and 222), so there are few levels with 156 that lead the average value further away from the actual one.

    My best girls are:
    Ice - 222 Stamina - 38892 per 1 day session
    Pantress - 194 Stamina - 37380 per 1 day session
    Frecly - 179 Stamina - 35040 per 1 day session.

    Upgrading Stamina for Ice slowed down to 1 point per 2 movies. Pantress and Frecly still gain 2-3 points per each movie, so they are slowly catching up. I am also training Pantress as my second best girl but she is still at least few months behind the Ice because she needs to catch up on stamina first before she starts lowering the distance between them (Ice: 563k/349k/218k, Pantress: 255k/156k/72k). I have not completed any girl past Pantress yet, so when I finally do they will have a much harder time to get to the same level as Ice and Pantress.

    What I noticed, the films sold increase as the girl gets bettter (I do not know if due to more films filmed in one session or due to stamina). Of course, the films needed for each level increase too, and faster at that. The game autoselects the lowest lvl position for you but due to quantum effect (ha ha) the output in stamina might be 0 for lower lvl position and 1 for higher position. Example: pos1=0 of 90, pos2=50 of 100, films sold=80. That give 0 stamina on pos1 but 1 stamina on pos2. And if next lvl of pos2=30 of 110, it still gives 1 stamina with 85 films sold.

    Leveling does not depend on movies sold directly, it depends on room where movies were shot. First room gives 500 exp, second 25% more (625 exp), third 50% more (750 exp),... , last room that costs 100 gems according to description is 350% more (2250 exp). So you always gain same exp per session if you use a girl in the same room.

    At level 58 skill requires 1.2k exp to progress so to gain 1 Stamina from it you need to have at least 2 sessions in the third room.

    Over 200 it seems to be something near 5400+4.8*Stamina. Under 200 it would be 1200+25.92*Stamina for my girls. But who knows where the game uses floating point numbers and when it would actually round the numbers or just display them rounded.

    No. You level stamina by leveling positions. Your stamina is the sum of all positions. You lvl positions with films sold. Films sold in better rooms increase, correct.

    But you also increase films sold in the same room with the same girl if you shoot another movie. Just look at the number of films sold when you collect the movie and then at the number if you send the same girl again. It is higher. Not high enough to compensate for the increase in position lvl cost, but it is higher.

    And I do not know, if it is due to stamina, number of filming sessions, time spent in the studio, total films sold, etc. If it were due to number of films, the short filming sessions would become more interessting, also not resetting.

    "You lvl positions with films sold." - this part is incorrect. You gain a fixed amount of exp for selected position that depends on room, not the amount of films sold. Amount of films sold increases with higher Stamina but only affects amount of experience that Industry where you sell those films gain. Girl that gets a 10h movie done in first room will always get 500 exp to her selected position.

    But you also increase films sold in the same room with the same girl if you shoot another movie. Just look at the number of films sold when you collect the movie and then at the number if you send the same girl again. It is higher. Not high enough to compensate for the increase in position lvl cost, but it is higher.
    Just look at actual numbers of experience required for each position and check how much you gain with each movie. It will be the same every time.

    The rooms increase "Films sold". The girls get more stamina in better rooms, so either films ARE exp for the girls or the exp is increased too, but this fact is not written on the buy tag for the rooms.

    The numbers would be in the right area. Currently waiting for Lola in room 1. She has two pos and with one I get a lvl of stamina with the other position not. And I have 218/563, so with the 500 mentionend, that would be a lvl up. Will check later the number of films sold and the new lvl up requirement.

    This is what I expected too in the beginning: that the amount of films sold is the experience that is gained by position. But I started doubting this when all positions upgraded by the same amount first time I tried them. Even though by the time I got to the last position I got a lot of stamina from the others already, so was making more films compared to when I started upgrading the girl.

    This seems to be correct. The room bonus for exp is the same as for films sold but it is not mentioned on room tag.

    When I was doing this test myself my three tests were:
    1: Ice (173) in room 3: sold 819 films and upgraded position from 544/683 to 611/717 (611+683-544=750).
    2: Ice (174) in room 3: next time she made 822 films and upgraded position from 611/717 to 644/752 (644+717-611=750).
    So even though there were 3 more films, exp gained by position remained the same.
    3: Sanshi in room 2: sold 518 films and upgraded position from 392/789 to 228/828 (228+789-392=625).
    I also did a test for 1st room but didn't write it down, because it was already obvious how it behaves. Just got a base value of 500 from it and stopped testing.

    If this theory is correct then she should have 155/- after completing the movie. Will wait for your results.

    The numbers inside the positions are written too small for me to read comfortably on my display Since the gain is the same order of magnitude with films and position exp I never had reason to doubt, that the films sold are the exp gained. After all, you can purchase rooms with diamonds, and what good developer would tell you misleading information about the effects of your purchase

    She has. Films sold was about 3 or 400 something. Didn't care. Main money income is challenges for me.
