There was talk on Fake Lay wiki page of grabbing them and posting gifs of Valentines contests, but I don't think that went anywhere once we say that they weren't going away. If you unlocked some, you can find them on girls' normal pages. (This is were you see the girls' stats, progress pics, and scenes you get once you complete a girl.) Look in the side bar to the right, all the way at the bottom in the file folder with the heart on it.
