It takes me about 2 days to get past her first scene, and immediately after, I have to get it up ANOTHER level. Too many of her scenes require weight lifting. When i do progress through her scenes, the gifts cause little to no money. When I see the costs for the gifts and the length it takes to get weightlifting levelled up, it just doesn't add up. I can get the money needed for the gift in about 3 hours, but i have to wait 2 days for the skill to level up. Any suggestions? I can't figure out what to do and it's really bothering me. The smoothness of the game has kind of left ever since I finished pantress.

You have to keep resetting, it's the only way to raise the game bonus and make the game go faster. And I mean reset alot. Also save diamonds to buy the warp x8. By doing both you will reach tier 3 one day. To get diamonds you need to win the challenges. Read the tips and tricks section of the wiki for the game.
