The max level is 25. I've found earlier that the higher your earnings per day, the better the reward. I checked that again after seeing your post and found that it now has no effect. I get the same amount regardless.
It seems like the only way to change your rank is win or lose a challenge you initiate. If you are worried about dropping, a casual attack is safe, but gives a lot less money.

I don't think this is true. I had 400m/h (20 energy) and was getting 700m per win when challenges started. Later I lowered income to 60m/h (4 energy) and currently when I win a challenge I get 800M. Maybe it depends on some girl stats (I keep upgrading them) or something else, but not on income on cash panel. I have only 1 girl that can win around rank 17 from time to time, so I can't test winning with another girl.

Yea, I edited my post since that isn't how it works now. When I first noticed it, I did some testing and got a pretty consistent 33% of the current hourly earning. Yesterday, it seems to have changed to be based on your max hourly earnings. This is a very positive change.
I tried a couple different girls, but my rewards seem to be the same.
It's a new feature. I wouldn't be surprised if they tweak it again if they think there is a problem.

Most vital question: how many diamonds at rank 25?

4 for 23, 6 for 24, and 10 for 25.

Pretty hyped for my second x8 multiplier, just need 7 more diamonds from next weeks challenge mode.

Do you think they might give some diamonds or time blocks in the daily quests, or just sorta lame stuff like battle items and cash.

Diamonds and time blocks are usually for bigger things than a daily. Maybe for filling a bunch of consecutive dailies. If they run them in a set, sometimes the very last one has a nice surprise. It could also be used for the cards they have now as "coming soon". Guess we'll have to wait and see. They'll want to make them worth doing, but I wouldn't expect many diamonds out of that.
