Not sure what is considered a whale, but that lunatics who have millions in the stat department definitly are. Other than that, anyone who has twins as a hit girl possibly. 200k+ on every stat is possible if you started training early and did not interrupt training too often for resets. Before challenge event, filming cost 10 energy and you only needed it for unlocking a different animation. So not everyone trained what would become a hit girl (I did not ). And with the halloween event you were matched against a lot of untrained girls.
