run the downloaded apk file.
should be somewhere in the folder like 'download'.

Wait, it was in the shop?! Dang, I thought I was either doing something wrong or the game was bugged. Guess I missed it after going through all the trouble of getting tokens. (currently can't see it anywhere)

Is there any way to get a new outfits and e-mails for Vivian and Victoria, if I started playing too late and girls were not available to me before? 6 days left until the end of the event and all 4 slots for missions are open for me, but after receiving all 3 rewards new blossoms just are not collected and there is nowhere to spend them...

So I got Rose, went through her email threads, saved up blossoms, unlocked Vivian since I didn't get her in Halloween - and nothing happened. No new emails, no new pics, etc. The blossoms are spent and she was summoned, but I can't access her.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Just unlocking doesn't make the email thread appear.
