Base cost only means hiring cost, yes. And unfortunately, max upgrade cost reduction is 27% with 5.4k prestige.

There are two cost reduction decorations. Level cost reduction is the cost to go from level 1 to 50, for instance. Upgrade cost reduction is the cost to get the multipliers for the girl's income.

I just tested it since I freshly reset and the base cost reduction does decrease the cost of leveling. I can't say if it does in an efficient manner, but it objectively does reduce the cost of leveling.

You need gems to do that, 25 gems for 1, not worth it.
you will unlock mails and photo very quick than your game play, trust me

How many multiplier that you have? don't mind the quote, i just want to tag you

Has anyone tried the "Speed Boost" in the stock market yet?

I assume (hesitantly) it lowers the timer so that you may complete more stock trades faster. I think I have read through all 20 plus pages but haven't noticed anyone mention it yet.

I'm new to the game, I find it fairly easy and enjoyable so far (company lvl 7) Thanks for this thread, lots of great tips that have helped me!
