Dont feel, do math. If the wheel is fair, just count what multipliers you will get for spinning it 12 times. On average. There are 12 entries, or did I miscount? That would be 300 gems, the same as the tier 3 multiplier.

In reality it boils down to this: you will need 12 days to get to that 12 spins for 25 gems. If you already have the 300 gems and buy the multiplier directly, you have it and its benefits for the full 12 days.

Since they decided to introduce this arbitary and stupid growing mechanism, it gets complicated on how near you are to a capping point. One lucky spin on the wheel and you get five times the value for buying in the store. If that spin got you over the capping point.
