Not really. Girl #11 is the new Judy. Girl #3 Chloe. Girl #1 is the new Secretary. Or to rephrase it: the 11th girl is the girl that has the level up cost and money making ability that previously were assigned to Judy. I am not sure what Girl #10 is, because the most expensive girls all shared Judys stats - and were worse than her.

It comes from the 5000 lvls you need to sell the company. With 11 girls you need 500ish lvl from each girl. This puts you in the area where your best girls will be #11 and #3.

That might be a valid point. I have no clue, how the #11 and #3 would work out below company lvl 15 or if you are missing some decos.

If you did not reduce base cost you might need to grind the other girls more. But when I think about it, it should not matter much. Just means the phase before getting #3 and #11 on the Big Black One is longer. Hmmmm. Okay. It might be that while grinding with the other girls, you might be better off, just leveling the other girls to get to 5000. And not upgrading #3 and #11 any higher than neccessary.
